Silver Spectrum welcomes players of 18 years plus who enjoy playing in a community band with like-minded people. We don’t audition or request any grades but we do advise that players are reading at a Grade 5 level in order to cope with the standard of music played. The band currently has between 20-30 players, with a range of musical abilities and interests.
New players of all instruments are always welcome, so if you would like to join us please get in touch below.
We would particularly like to see trombone and horn players. Another oboe player would be most welcome, especially if you have a Cor, and a string bass would also be fantastic.
